Job Description
Responsible for providing software engineering support for the analysis, design, development, integration, installation, testing, documentation, and life-cycle support of new and upgraded software to support the Engineering team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
Meet with stakeholders to gather project specifications.
Write specifications and when necessary, develop prototypes.
Work with engineers and designers to develop timelines for projects, along with hour estimates.
Create projects / tickets in project management software using a standard process to ensure projects run on schedule and meet required outcomes.
Work projects through the development process, including checkpoints, walk-throughs, launch and post-launch tasks.
Pre or Post launch work with training on documentation, marketing for release notes, client account management on communication to clients and notification of internal parties.
When necessary, QA test projects of other project managers
