International Sales Representative jobs in Michigan

Join the team at Idealease of West Michigan, a leading provider of comprehensive truck leasing, rental, and maintenance services. We are currently seeking an experienced Idealease Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Lansing market. This role offers an excellent starting wage and benefits package, and provides an opportunity to build and maintain customer relationships, manage lease and rental business, and contribute to the company's financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain lease and rental business, and identify potential new customers.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly activities of rental customers.
• Prepare and handle rebills, including fuel taxes and negligence bills.
• Oversee the in-service process for new vehicles, including plating, taxes, decals, pre-delivery, financing, insurance, and other necessary tasks.
• Handle monthly National account evaluations from Idealease corporate and monitor rebates.
• Coordinate with the service department on breakdown calls and scheduled maintenance.
• Secure and submit fuel tax documents from all customers to Idealease, ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the truck rental and leasing industry.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Customer-focused approach with a confident, positive attitude.
• Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
