The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our products or services to potential customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Market and sell our products or services to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, including order processing and customer inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or B2B environment
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
