Posting SummaryManage the front office (phones, in-person traffic, and general email inquiry) for the Office of International Education; perform administrative support to support functions for the Office of International Education (OIE). Supervise a team of student workers, and collaborate with OIE leadership team to support the broader work of the office through administrative processing of content-area matters as well as high-level administrative support for departmental contracts, supplies, space, technology, and other needs.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Associates Degree and two- three years of experience providing support within a business or academic environment required OR Bachelor’s Degree with some office environment experience. Attention to detail and organization and the ability to multi-task are essential. Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions and familiarity with Internet resources required.
