    *This position is part time.  Approximately 80/hours a month.   

    Roles & Responsibilities

    The mid-level part time Program Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight and ensuring the proper contractual execution of this international collaborative medical program and project deliverables. This position will require considerable collaboration with company team members and United States Government (USG) employees which includes senior members of the government, contracting officer, contracting officer representative and Principal Investigators. The Program Manager’s guidance will be essential to operating the project to successful completion in accordance with established timelines and procedures.

    • Directly responsibility for cost, schedule and performance parameters and implementing effective risk mitigation plans for issues and risks that may arise
    • Track all finances which includes accurate invoice submission to client
    • Ensure overall quality performance of contract
    • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure project is carried out properly and timely
    • Communicate key insights, objectives and overall strategy to both Culmen and USG executive team and frontline employees
    • Collaborate with USG stakeholders at regular intervals to coordinate information exchange between both parties
    • Oversee program financial tracking and reporting systems
    • Coordinate with key corporate support offices to align efforts for program success
    • Ensure official travel is executed in accordance with the established USG norms, policies and procedures
    • Draft, finalize and submit all contract deliverables

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Exceptional organizational and program/project management abilities
    • Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. government joint federal travel guidelines and travel policies
    • 4 years of experience managing a complex governmental international collaborative program.
    • Supervisory experience with no less than 3 years of experience, managing/leading subordinates.
