Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on performance marketing
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Excellent analytical skills to track campaign performance and ROI
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with product management principles is a plus
