As a leading role of the creative team, you will contribute to customer-facing programs and projects with responsibilities that include assisting in campaign development, supporting integrated marketing activities, and creating effective communications plans and programs that support the success of the organizations strategic objectives.

Day-to-Day

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and objectives, incorporating an analysis of upcoming marketing trends.
• Work alongside management to develop marketing communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Support the organization in digital marketing initiatives.
• Administer company branding activities, including templates, forms, letterhead, business cards, and other correspondences.
• Create sales support documents such as project profiles, informational line cards, employee resumes, and more.
• Collaborate within management and other departments on the creation, presentation and implementation of presentations, webinars and blog content.
• Assist in the planning and execution of external and internal events.
• Contribute to internal marketing efforts, focusing on the Company’s Employer Value Proposition, employer branding, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Management or related field of study
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Experience with email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, website content management, and other digital marketing activities
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Highly customer service oriented.
• Strong proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Knowledge and ability to navigate various software applications and ERP system to support sales and marketing functions.
