About the Role:
Provide management and leadership to the lending production, credit, and administrative support channels from point of sale to loan payoff, while ensuring efficient, responsive customer service. Recommend, formulate, and implement new loan operation policies and procedures. Maintain the integrity of the loan portfolio for designated areas. Responsible for managing lending support system personnel and activities.

The pay range for this role is $56,230 to $116,292, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
