Our client is looking for an energetic and career-driven professional looking for an opportunity to join their team as a Consumer and Indirect Lending Manager, responsible for organizing, planning and directing the credit unions functions relating to the Consumer Lending and Indirect Lending for the credit union to establish goals.
The Consumer and Indirect lending manager directs the activities of loan originators and processors. Supervision of the loan portfolio operations, pipeline management, keeps informed of market conditions, maintains corporate records and reports concerning loan production and reports loan production to the management each month, and participates in staff meetings and any other required meetings deemed necessary.
Position Highlights:
This position will be a hybrid role, but individual must be willing to work onsite regularly during the training phase in Baton Rouge, LA (up to approximately 6 months). Following this initial phase, the position will require 2-3 days onsite, with the remainder being remote. Must live in or near Baton Rouge, LA
