POSITION PURPOSE
High Plains Farm Credit is currently recruiting a Lending Operations Manager which will be responsible for leading and training operations staff to effectively support the lending process in our Dodge City and Ness City branch offices. The Lending Operations Manager facilitates workflow and work processes to provide an exceptional customer experience. This position contributes to the success of High Plains Farm Credit by providing exceptional customer service, training, and support for the branch office team.
