Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     About the Position:

    Regional Sales Manager

    Do you like meeting people, developing business relationships and helping your customers succeed? The CPS Rep position may be the right fit for you!

    We are looking for smart, dynamic, motivated professionals. The preferred prior experience is working in a retail auto environment or prior representation of retail automotive dealer products.

    This is a hands-on position. You are active everyday educating dealers about our loan programs, promoting loan growth, collaborating with our Originations team and giving guidance to dealers as needed.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain dealer relationships
    • Increase application and loan volume in assigned territory
    • Increase dealer activity
    • Onboard new dealers
    • Effectively be able to promote and sell the value of CPS’s finance program
    • 25 weekly dealer visits
    • Daily usage of Salesforce CRM

    Employment Requirements:

    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

    Experience:

    • B2B sales related to auto retailing or auto finance is preferred, but not necessary.
    • Minimum 5 years lending experience.

    Work Location:

    • From your home office and field visits within a certain radius of your home address.
