Primary Job Duties
Administer personnel recruitment and hiring activities. Explain regulations, policies, or procedures, assist Supervisors with performance management processes. Compile and keep personnel records. May prepare reports for employment records, file employment records, or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons. Assures all employer required postings are completed and all employees are provided appropriate notification in a timely manner.
Provides administrative support to the Board of Directors and the CEO. Works with the President of the Board and the CEO to prepare the board meeting agenda, assembles and distributes board packets, coordinates attendance with other board members; takes minutes at Board meetings, assures all board resolutions are properly prepared, recorded, distributed and filed. Works with the CEO to assure all approved actions of the board are executed in a timely manner.
Serves and performs other duties as requested / required by the CEO.
Qualifications
· Three - Five (3-5) years’ experience in a Human Resources position or equivalent demonstrated experience.
· Associate’s Degree in administrative support or a related field.
· Thorough understanding of organizational filing and taking effective meeting notes or minutes.
· Computer proficient; experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office.
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm (flexible)
