International Compliance Manager plans and directs the corporation's comprehensive ethics, business conduct and compliance activities for all international operations under senior management direction. Directs the development and implementation of processes, procedures and systems to meet the entities' compliance activities and reporting requirements. Being an International Compliance Manager oversees the organization's compliance risk management program to assess, prioritize and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks based on the standards of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines as related to the international operating units. Consults with and provides guidance and direction to the international operating company's senior executive in all aspects of the entity's ethics, business conduct and compliance program. Additionally, International Compliance Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The International Compliance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The Compliance Administrator will assist Chief of Security organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Their job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The Compliance Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Compliance Administrator’s main tasks include creating and maintaining a PILB roster for all staff, creating and maintaining an employee roster, managing office equipment, and booking meetings and events. Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role. You should be proficient with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations. Ultimately, a successful Compliance Administrator should be able to ensure our office procedures run smoothly.
