International Compliance Manager plans and directs the corporation's comprehensive ethics, business conduct and compliance activities for all international operations under senior management direction. Directs the development and implementation of processes, procedures and systems to meet the entities' compliance activities and reporting requirements. Being an International Compliance Manager oversees the organization's compliance risk management program to assess, prioritize and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks based on the standards of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines as related to the international operating units. Consults with and provides guidance and direction to the international operating company's senior executive in all aspects of the entity's ethics, business conduct and compliance program. Additionally, International Compliance Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The International Compliance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The role of International Sales Manager is a critical role for the growth of Creekstone Farms. Creekstone has already established a leading market position in our target markets in Asia, North America, and Europe. There is, however, considerable potential to grow our current market share worldwide with both new and existing customer accounts. This growth will come both from geographical expansion and from developing our existing sales networks in existing markets. This position manages sales of company products within an international market; Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel; Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Territory includes but is not limited to the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, United Kingdom, South America, and Mexico.
Position is based at our Corporate offices located in Arkansas City, KS.
