Culmen International is in search of a Capture Manager with a proven track record of successfully securing business within the international market to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide detailed market intelligence and analysis for specific federal departments and agencies.
• Develop and implement complex capture strategies that result in successful proposals for highly competitive RFPs.
• Guide business planning processes, conduct regular pipeline reviews, develop bids, review opportunity gates, and scrutinize proposals. 
• Offer leadership in strategizing, designing, conducting due diligence, and executing strategic business goals. 
• Compose and oversee responses to government market research requests, participate in industry events, and engage in client meetings. 
• Assist in proposal preparation by developing content.

Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a U.S. citizen, eligible for security clearance, and hold a Bachelor's Degree. They should have significant experience in business development and capture management, particularly within international markets.

A proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities is crucial, with a history of leading and winning major service contracts worth more than $50 million.

Experience in capture management for Federal agencies like DHS, DoD, DOE, DOJ, or DOS, and managing B&P budgets is vital. Additionally, excellent business writing skills for a range of content are necessary.
