The Junior Internal AI Content Creator at Noble Studios will be a key player on our stellar Internal Marketing team within our Sales & Marketing Department.

As our Junior Internal AI Content Creator wizard, you'll whip up engaging assets for campaigns, conjure up spellbinding blogs and concoct visual magic for our social channels. We believe in "Let's Be Better Every Day," and we want to see that drive in you too!

This role will spend about 70% of time wielding your skills on Noble Studios' own website, social media, and any other content needs. The other about 30% you'll support client work across industries like Travel & Tourism and B2B.

At Noble Studios, you'll join a tight-knit crew of designers, writers, developers, performance marketers and strategists to find killer solutions. You'll be at the heart of creative pow-wows and project meetings, helping push the work further while learning from your teammates.

For content tools, you should have mastered platforms like HubSpot, Canva, and LinkedIn. If you've got a superpower that could boost our skills at Noble, we want to hear about it! Noble Studios champions teamwork and collaboration amongst your peers. You will report directly to Noble's Senior Marketing Manager. Noble Studios' US offices are in Reno and Vegas, Nevada - both locations are currently hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Master the Noble Studios brand voice and visual style to create engaging content that leads to qualified leads.
• Work confidently with AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude and MidJourney to show off your creative chops, from initial ideas to polished final content.
• Present your work with confidence and explain your thinking clearly.
• Prep presentations that showcase our work at its full potential.
• Provide creative direction and solutions for relevant projects you will be working on.
• Work with teammates on internal marketing, case studies, market research projects and innovative ideas that surpass our competitors'.
• Understand project needs and concepts to better write and execute against.
• Create blogs, social posts, email content and presentation decks effectively and efficiently that align to our marketing and sales plan.
• Execute basic SEO by integrating best practices into new content, optimizing pages, conducting technical audits, and performing keyword research to enhance website content for search engines and boost online visibility.
• Utilize HubSpot for designing, executing and analyzing effective email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a steady voice and tone that is platform-perfect but has a Noble DNA.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and share perspectives.
• Use feedback from others to improve your skills.
• Handle production work like a boss. Crush platform-specific social posts in your sleep, design stories with ease and manage multiple priorities simultaneously while hitting set deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an area relevant to the role such as: English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience writing and/or managing social media - ideally at an agency or creative setting.
• Share an exciting portfolio showing how your content skills can translate to published work.
• Focused, with an eye for detail.
• Proficient with using generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and MidJourney to accomplish specific tasks.
• Expert with HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn, Meta, WordPress and other content platforms.
• Google Ads and Analytics Certifications.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace apps like Docs and Slides.
• Eager to collaborate across disciplines like performance marketing, design and UX.
• Proven history of meeting deadlines and following workflows.
• Strong communicator ready to learn from others.
• Understands the importance of having fun while working hard.

If You're Chosen

• You must pass Noble's background and reference checks.
• You must provide documentation of your legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• You must be able to work full-time, primarily during Noble's core business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
• You must be willing and able to be on-site in our Reno office at least twice annually.
