Full-Time Customer Service/Sales Position

firsttuesday Realty Publications, Inc., an established 40 year old correspondence school and publisher of continuing education services and materials for California real estate brokers and agents, seeks a qualified candidate to assist in the sale of firsttuesday products and services to the top real estate brokerage offices and schools in California, and answer incoming student calls and process student enrollments.

Duties include:

• answering busy incoming calls, enrolling students in courses and providing student support;
• contacting California real estate brokerages and schools as a representative of firsttuesday and establishing a professional affiliation;
• an understanding of the Department of Real Estate (DRE) real estate licensing and renewal requirements; and
• cross-training in other departments as necessary.

We want someone who is comfortable with the routine of answering incoming calls, but also possesses a true entrepreneurial spirit. QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate needs to:

• possess sales experience;
• enjoying taking a high volume in incoming phone calls;
• establish an engaging, professional rapport with the management of various brokerage offices and schools;
• have a professional, courteous phone manner;
• have the ability to learn quickly and retain procedural data;
• have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• be able to set project goals and meet deadlines;
• work well independently;
• possess excellent organizational skills;
• have a typing speed of 35 WPM or better.

Managerial experience a plus. Option to appear on film in our educational Course Videos.

The position is full-time, 8:25 AM to 5:25 PM Monday through Friday.

Compensation: Negotiable; $22-$24 per hour
