We're looking for an energetic, solutions-driven Field Operations Manager. The Field Operations Manager is responsible for the Tour Guides and Equipment management of a select group of domestic and international tours. Primary tasks include hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and management of the guides and regional point persons along with managing the technical components of a tour destination. This includes bikes, trip kit inventory, contracting local bike mechanics, contracting storage units, assigning bikes, as well as facilitating logistics and various administrative tasks.
