Job Summary

Lemo Home Remodeling LLC, which is a boutique construction firm, is currently seeking an experienced and full-time Residential Interior Designer to join its pre-construction team.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather design requirements, preferences, and budget constraints for residential renovation projects.
• Develop comprehensive interior design plans that harmonize with architectural structures, considering elements like color, lighting, and furnishings.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D design renderings using software tools such as Sketchup, AutoCad, Revit, and Vray.
• Oversee design projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and design integrity.
• Coordinate closely with professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Source and recommend high-quality materials and products that align with design visions and budgetary constraints.
• Stay abreast of the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to residential spaces.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews, and site visits to ensure alignment and address any design modifications.
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety regulations and local building codes.

Job Requirements

• At least two years experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
• Experience with construction company projects
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in design discipline, preferred Architecture & Interior Design degree
• Certification and Proficiency in design software, such as Sketchup, AutoCad, Revit and Vray
