Summary:
The Design Coordinator is responsible for coordinating design projects, managing communication and resources, maintaining documentation, ensuring quality, providing creative support, and driving process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in design software and project management tools, to support the efficient and effective execution of design projects.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating design projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
2. Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration throughout the design process.
3. Resource Management: Manage design resources, including equipment, software, and materials, to support project requirements and maximize efficiency.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design briefs, schedules, and progress reports, to track project milestones and ensure accountability.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on design deliverables to ensure they meet established standards and client expectations.
6. Creative Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the design team, assisting with research, asset organization, and other tasks as needed.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of design operations.

Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or experience in design, communications, or related field.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
● Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
