Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Works to ensure the aircraft schedule and installation budget is maintained by overseeing day to day operations at the Completions Center. Coordinates activities to evaluate and resolve installation production issues encountered during the interior, paint and cabinetry completion at the installation facility by performing the following duties.
