Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor jobs in Rehoboth Beach, DE
Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Dompierre, is a premier full-service interior design showroom and custom window treatment workroom. For nearly 25 years, the team has served trade, retail and construction clients in the New York City, Philadelphia, and southern New Jersey markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for spaces
· Prepare and present sketches or other visual aids of preliminary design to the client
· Determine timelines, project costs and present accurate estimates to clients
· Oversee the measurements, ordering and installation of fabrics, furniture, and other design elements
· Ensure client satisfaction
· Maintain current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design
· Build a pipeline for new business and referrals
· Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
· Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
· Resume must include portfolio of completed designs
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from accredited 4-year university or 5 years’ industry experience
· Positive attitude and professional appearance
· References furnished upon request
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
