Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. National Aviation Services is located at the Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport is looking for a 3rd shift Aircraft Supervisor. You will be supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in cleaning aircrafts. This is a third shift position - applicant must have availability to work overnight.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.

- Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
- Issues supplies and equipment.
- Resolves workers' problems or refers matters to manager.
- Records employees' hours worked on shift reports.
- Submits requests for repair of cleaning equipment (if requested by manager).
- Requisitions or purchases cleaning supplies and equipment (if requested by manager).
- Performs duties of workers supervised.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Applicable valid driver’s license as required by airport authority in order to operate a vehicle or equipment.
