Job Title: Aircraft Assembly Technician

Shift: 9/80 Schedule

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician 2

Responsibilities:

• Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
• Assembling large tooling structures, using two-part epoxies for bonding, assembling small/delicate mechanical flight hardware, working with and assembling composite structures, and sewing/stitching mesh fabric.

Must-Have skills:

• Knowledge and experience with all common mechanical hand tools.
• Knowledge and experience with fasteners and torquing mechanical fasteners.
• Ability to read and understand blue-print style mechanical drawings.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
