Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. A Day In The Life of a Reliability Supervisor
The position you are applying for manages the provision of data in accordance with Company Manuals, FAA Regulations, and Advisory Circulars for Maintenance Reliability Report (MRR), Reliability Control Board (RCB), and Continuous Analysis and Surveillance (CASS). Develop and maintain data collection, acquisition, analysis, and reporting systems. You will use standards of performance to evaluate and control aircraft service performance. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for events when a variation to a performance standard has triggered an alert. Research and identify aircraft system trends to recommend actions to improve aircraft reliability.
