Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Description: Seeking an assembly worker for a local manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of heavy manufacturing assembly experience. Highly proficient with hand and power tools. Experience with crating and securing loads on flatbed trailers. Carpentry experience (using saws, nail guns, etc.) or automotive experience a definite plus. Job Requirements: Must have good knowledge of mechanical and electrical assemblies, be highly skilled in using hand and power tools, and have high attention to detail and ability to read blueprints. Interested candidates must also be able to maintain 1st shift employment, work overtime as needed, follow written and verbal instructions, work both independently and with a team of people.
