Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Duties
This is a Career-Seasonal position and is subject to release and recall procedures. A permanent career-seasonal position includes all the benefits of permanent employment but does not provide employment on a full year-round basis.
As such, the selectee will be in a non-pay / non-duty status for at least 2 weeks to 6 months per year. While in pay status, the work schedule is full-time.
The typical season for Haleakala National Park is Mid-October through the end of September with one pay period of non-pay occurring from end of September to Mid-October.
