Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Summary: Maintain the company's systems, facilities and equipment to include all building contents, equipment and machinery, minor plumbing, and minor electrical systems.
Shift Options:
2nd shift: Monday - Friday; 3pm - 11:30pm (10% differential)
Weekend Shift: Friday -Sunday; 5am - 5:30pm (12% differential)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
HVAC certification preferred, mechanical and machine maintenance and troubleshooting is mandatory.
