Mission

The mission of the Plant Care Supervisor is to act as the right-hand of the Operations Manager and ensure that we’re delivering quality, expertise, and responsiveness to our customers every day. As the lead horticultural technician, you’ll be a “player-coach” – maintaining some accounts yourself while also developing and coaching other team members so that our quality standards are upheld across all customer locations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain regular plant care route focused on larger, high profile accounts
• Train & coach team members on plant care techniques, company processes and customer-specific requirements
• Perform account evaluations and provide feedback to other horticultural technicians
• Assist Operations Manager with route schedules, inventory, customer issues, and other daily operations of the branch
• Get to know all customer accounts so that you can fill in for other technicians as needed

• Flexible – you’re OK jumping in wherever needed that week, whether it’s training a new technician, helping out on an installation, responding to a customer service request, etc.

Other Details

• This is a full-time, hourly position based in Greenville, SC
• Compensation & benefits include:

• Candidates will be asked to provide 3-5 references for reference calls
• Background check and drug screening required prior to employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
