Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the assembly, production, and operation teams to ensure performance tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate staff members
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Ensure production targets are being met according to the schedule
• Responsible for identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime and disruptions

​Qualifications:

• Experience in supervising production or manufacturing staff and team members
• Current or previous experience in production or manufacturing
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
