POSITION: Maintenance Supply Chain Manager
SCHEDULE: Full-Time
LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a friendly and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in the Airlines/Aviation industry. As an integral part of our organization, you will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for managing the logistics of our inventory, coordinating with vendors, and developing strategic plans to optimize our supply chain. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement supply chain policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and prices.
- Track and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee the transportation of goods to and from various locations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and distribution.
- Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
- Oversight of airplane teardown and part out.
- Core Tracking
- Develop and implement a parts repair process for unserviceable units
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and Director of Production
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement techniques, procedures, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills
- Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license to drive company vehicles, golf carts, tugs and aircraft moving equipment.
- Ability to easily adapt to change and new technology
- Must be goal-oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, and work well independently and with a team.
- Must be able to pass a ten-year Background/Criminal/OMV/Drug Screen
- Must be able to bend frequently, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Must be reliable with a flexible schedule and willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
