These positions will be in our Santa Cruz, CA location, and will actively work with various teams at Joby Aviation, including design, analysis, loads, methods and allowables, systems engineering, system safety, manufacturing, supply chain, flight test, certification and more. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading the Integrated Product Teams aligned with aircraft systems in all programmatic aspects. They are responsible for creation of the high level and detailed plans to execute on the Type Certification program for each system and for driving the team in execution of the plan.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $100,700-$169,100/year. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
