Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities related to assembly and testing of the different production areas of assembly for final products.
2. Studies the costs, materials, and efficiencies of the different areas
3. Working in a team with other areas of the company develop and monitor production forecasts and adjust whatever is necessary to deliver on promises.
4. Supports employee engagement initiatives to ensure alignment of company core values.
5. Ensures Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are not only tracked but review daily and weekly and actions are taken to address deviation.
