Duties:
- Assist in the coordination and management of commercial flooring projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with owners, project managers, general contractors, and in-house/labor partner teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Review and interpret blueprints and other project documentation
- Interpret project estimates and create project budgets
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team
- Coordinate project schedules, including the timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Working Environment:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Able to assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed
