Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager manages the interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to interior assembly team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Additionally, Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Description: Seeking an assembly worker for a local manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of heavy manufacturing assembly experience. Highly proficient with hand and power tools. Experience with crating and securing loads on flatbed trailers. Carpentry experience (using saws, nail guns, etc.) or automotive experience a definite plus. Job Requirements: Must have good knowledge of mechanical and electrical assemblies, be highly skilled in using hand and power tools, and have high attention to detail and ability to read blueprints. Interested candidates must also be able to maintain 1st shift employment, work overtime as needed, follow written and verbal instructions, work both independently and with a team of people.
