Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to interior assembly team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Additionally, Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the organization and efficient function of the hangar, production and standardization of the Maintenance Technicians and all maintenance functions, in accordance with FAA Directives and Coast Flight Training Directives and maintenance guidance.

In this role, the Maintenance Manager will be a working mechanic, IA as well as the manager. You must have the attention to detail that ensures tasks are completed with efficiency and precision. The ability to trouble shoot is critical in this position.
