Intellectual Property Support Manager provides support to the intellectual property unit of an organization and maintains a portfolio of current patents. Oversees research on developments in IP and patent law and provides support in preparation and filing of patents. Being an Intellectual Property Support Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Conducting move in, move out, and occupied unit inspections. Delegating work orders, lease-up, qualifying applicants, completing annual certifications, ordering supplies, and collecting rent among other duties.
~Experience in affordable housing is preferred, but we will consider other management/program experience.
~Applicants must have a professional appearance, be computer literate and have a strong ability to work with the general public, specifically seniors.
~Duties will include oversight of daily operations, pre-qualifying applicants, leasing, overseeing maintenance and grounds employees, conducting occupied inspections, organizing work orders, ordering supplies, annual recertification's, etc.
-This position will require a lot of walking and the ability to climb stairs.
