Intellectual Property Support Manager provides support to the intellectual property unit of an organization and maintains a portfolio of current patents. Oversees research on developments in IP and patent law and provides support in preparation and filing of patents. Being an Intellectual Property Support Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. Responsibilities include posting and collecting rents, maintaining the property by delegating work to staff. Renting of units, marketing any vacant units, professional relationship with residents. Preparing move ins and processing move outs. Certifying residents to meet the income restrictions of the property.
Experience with section 42, USDA, HUD helpful but not necessary.
Must have a valid driver's license, insurance and be able to pass a drug test.
Must be dependable, proactive, computer experience including word, excel, and Microfsoft teams.
