Immediate opening for an experienced Full time Property Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to follow compliance guidelines, possess strong sales and customer service skills as well as computer skills. The job entails but is not limited to collecting rents, unit inspections, screening applicants, and leasing. Tax credit experience and one site is a plus.
Pay will be comparable to property management experience. This is a benefit eligible position after completing 90 days of employment. EEO
