EquipmentShare is seeking a results-driven, experienced attorney to join our legal team and report to our Deputy General Counsel. The Intellectual Property Attorney will be responsible for addressing and/or managing all of the IP needs of the organization, including but not limited to, legal issues related to trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights, as well as all public-facing marketing materials. This attorney will be embedded with our product development teams (both technology and manufacturing) to act as legal advisor and provide risk guidance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and advising on IP matters with a proactive approach to protect the Company's interests.
