    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Maintain daily operations of storage property
    • Successful conversion of Leads
    • Sales of boxes, locks, and packing material
    • Manage account receivable process through pursuit of collections, posting of payments, and processing of daily bank deposit
    • Ensures the company standards of cleanliness & appearance
    • Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers
    • Maintain accurate records for each customer including lease, addendums, and correspondence
    • Perform light repair and maintenance duties, including but not limited to: clean units and interior buildings, wiping down doors, pickup up trash, cleaning hallways, office, and bathrooms
    • Perform preventive maintenance such as but not limited to: change HVAC filters as required, grease door springs on roll-up doors, oil gate chain as needed, routine maintenance of golf cart
    • Monitors the physical condition of the property and reports any maintenance issues
    • Oversee contractors and third-party vendor’s work
    • keeps foreclosure documentation organized and accurate, following company foreclosure checklist and set guidelines
    • Assist with the auction process
    • Manage U-Haul transactions, rentals, reservations, truck/trailer parking and routine maintenance

    Job Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
    • Works well in a team setting or independently
    • Has good organizational skills and basic bookkeeping
    • Knowledge of computers is a must (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Etc.)
    • Valid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation
    • Open work availability, including weekends and some holidays
    • Ability & willingness to perform light maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, lifting, etc.
    • Willing to travel/work in multiple locations if needed (temporarily)
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States
    • Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)
    • Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills
    • Must be profit driven
    • Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
    • Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and pass a drug screen

    Part-time: Up to 29 hours per week

    Job Type: Part-time

    Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
