The assistant property manager is responsible for supporting the property manager in the operation of a specified portfolio of buildings. The APM is accountable for meeting performance expectations including Income, tenant placement, property quality and condition, customer service, project management and financial review. The APM will effectively utilize resources available to meet portfolio goals. These include, leasing, property maintenance, bookkeeper and general administrative support.
