Intellectual Property Attorney is responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing company policies and litigating matters regarding intellectual property. May be responsible for preparing patent or trademark documents, licensing agreements, service agreements, transfer agreements and other contracts or agreements as necessary. Being an Intellectual Property Attorney aids in protecting the organization's assets in the area of intellectual property. Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Additionally, Intellectual Property Attorney requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to a manager. The Intellectual Property Attorney work is closely managed. Responsibilities include posting and collecting rents, maintaining the property by delegating work to staff. Renting of units, marketing any vacant units, professional relationship with residents. Preparing move ins and processing move outs. Certifying residents to meet the income restrictions of the property.
Experience with section 42, USDA, HUD helpful but not necessary.
Must have a valid driver's license, insurance and be able to pass a drug test.
Must be dependable, proactive, computer experience including word, excel, and Microfsoft teams.
