Job Description A full-service law firm that has provided high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals for over a century. With approximately 300 attorneys located in eight offices across Florida,offering legal services in more than 30 practice areas to its clients locally, nationally and internationally; is seeking an attorney with significant experience in Patent and Trademark Litigation to join its Intellectual Property group. The ideal candidate for this position will preferably be admitted to the Patent Bar and have 8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience practicing in a law firm.

RequirementsThis position will entail working closely with other partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues. Qualified candidates must have strong litigation skills, excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines and on a team. Attorney must have an engineering or computer science degree or significant experience litigating patents in these technology areas. Candidates who are members of the Patent Bar are strongly preferred, and must be a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one. My client will consider Attorneys looking to relocate to Florida. Some portable business is required. Compensation is very competitive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,963.04 - $92,579.14 per year
