POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

• The basic function of the Integration Account Manager is to assist the Senior Account Executive in all sales and marketing efforts concerning the Senior Account Executive’s customers. Needs are met or exceeded by assisting in the formation, development and implementation of sales and marketing efforts for these customers daily. The Integration Account Manger should work towards being a mentor and learning of the company’s offerings in hopes of moving into an Account Executive position with the company.
• The Integration Account Manager at Bluewater Technologies Group is responsible for Assisting the Senior Account Executive in achieving the sales and profit goals established by Senior Management by doing the following:
• Providing customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Routinely assisting the Account Executive in sales and marketing efforts in the above description.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in business or another applicable field is preferred.
• Experience in the Audio-Visual industry with customer service and Account Executive support.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in assisting multiple Account Executives with an approximate volume of $1,500,000 in gross sales within the Audio-Visual industry.
• Sound knowledge of the Audio-Visual industry and how subsequent trends impact these industries and businesses, or the ability to acquire such knowledge
• Outstanding customer service.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret sales reports, legal documents, and industry/trade magazines.
• Ability to professionally respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community.
• Strong understanding of following through with Audio-Visual sales and service.
• Ability to navigate and efficiently use Microsoft Office, Excel, & PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

DUTIES AND TASKS

• Ensuring that everyone understands that the customer is their first priority and provide responses to requests as needed to ensure that each Account Executive is here to support that priority.
• Serving and responding to customers in a pleasant and professional manner and ensuring that all customer complaints are handled quickly.
• Ability to understand and follow all sales and operations department process and procedures.
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with operation’s internal departments (i.e., installation, engineering, service & purchasing.)
• Working closely to support the designated Senior Account Executive in setting prices, developing promotions, offering discounts, and tailoring products and services to unique markets, in order to increase sales.
• Protecting company assets by ensuring the accurate and secure operation of company equipment, invoices, and work orders, and the responsible and prudent handling of credit sales.
• Being responsible for the implementation of Policy and Operating Procedures for the company that reflects the current methods of conducting business.
• Responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws and statutes regarding OSHA, labor laws, and other governmental regulations.
• Constantly striving to increase product knowledge by reading trade publications and vendor supplied materials, attending sales training as provided by vendor representatives, attending conventions, seminars, and other meetings to enhance professional knowledge and to promote the company when possible.
• Staying updated on the events in the industry and the marketplace in order to take advantage of short and long-term opportunities.
• Fulfilling other duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time by the Sales Supervisor.
