Power Innovations International is looking for a qualified Engineering Integration Manager to run our department of Engineers. This individual will manage and direct the Integration Engineering team to meet company objectives for product system design, new product development, and improvement of existing product lines.
This position manages all employees within the UPS and EV Charging engineering function having a mechanical and electrical engineering background; and is responsible for managing the team’s performance, establishing and maintaining metrics, and hiring of employees within the Department.
The Integration Engineering Manager plays a critical role in ensuring reliable, on-time and within budget new product launches for rapid business growth in an evolving and growing market.
This position is expected to implement Product Life Cycle and Product Data practices, implement organizational and industry best practices, and oversee employee mentoring and development.
The position also plays a lead role new product development (NPD) planning as well as a seamless transition to the Operations team for production.
The Engineering Manager is capable of being a functioning member of the Integration Engineering Team in their respective discipline, potentially the Lead Engineer within that discipline.
