Integration Engineering Director directs the development of solutions for integrating applications across the enterprise or its units/departments. Oversees the development of integration policies and the implementation of organization-wide integration initiatives. Being an Integration Engineering Director requires a bachelor's degree. Requires C++ or Java; XML; EDI or OBI; Oracle or Microsoft SQL. Additionally, Integration Engineering Director typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Integration Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     We are looking for a full-time Engineering Technician in our Anchorage office to be an integral part of the success of our company. Develops detailed models of piping, raceway, ductwork, and equipment used in planning and construction of vertical and process engineering projects and assists in standards development and management of BIM processes and workflow.

     

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Performing drafting tasks in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
    • Collaborating with engineers and technicians
    • Performs other duties as assigned

     

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • 3D modeling and BIM familiarity
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

     

    Education and Experience:

    • Entry Level Position
    • Associate Degree of Applied Science (AAS) in Architectural and Engineering Technology or similar, already graduated or will graduate in the next four months

     

    At CRW you will learn to:

    • Use Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD proficiently to support the mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams
    • Model ductwork, piping, conduits, and equipment
    • Import, modify, and maintain Autodesk Revit libraries and AutoCAD standards
    • Develop custom libraries and models
    • Develop templates, standard details, intelligent custom blocks


    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
    • Physically able to travel and conduct field studies.
    • Ability to traverse various terrains including rough terrain.
