Summary:

Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to support Director of Engineering Integration (CEI) by serving as engineering support to the Failure Review, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS). The FRACAS is a review board, chaired by the Director of CEI, designed to review, track, and close system discrepancies discovered from both real-world events, and test events. As Engineering support to the FRACAS, you will contribute to the FRACAS team's execution of the assorted efforts that occur in the process. You will support both the FRACAS Chair (Director of CEI) and the FRACAS Technical Lead (a Senior Engineer) in a variety of tasks that will grow and evolve as you become more integrated into the team.

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Contribute to the execution of the FRACAS, efforts to include tracking and maintaining FRACAS Action Items.
• Recording FRACAS Minutes Maintaining a FRACAS MDA Knowledge Online (MKO) portal page to post briefs, meeting minutes, Action Items, etc.
• Assisting the FRACAS Chair (or Technical Lead) in the assessment/review of briefs provided by Missile Defense System (MDS) Elements.
• Maintaining/Developing solutions for capturing FRACAS metrics Ad-hoc FRACAS (or CEI) projects as directed/applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• BS in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and 3 years’ experience
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Experience working within a team, supporting a government customer

Desired Skills:

• Experience within MDA, or close proxy such as Space and Missile Defense Command
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Qlik Sense, and/or Microsoft Project

Clearance:  Must possess a Secret security clearance

Location:  Huntsville, AL
