    As a Systems Integrator with DSI you will be required to apply your technical skills in anything from service calls to designing, programming, and starting up new control systems. This position will be based in the field (not in the office) and will work primarily at client sites on the following:

    • Onsite startup/services
    • Onsite PLC/HMI Programming
    • Onsite ROC, Total Flow, Flow Boss Programming
    • Onsite instrument programming and troubleshooting; Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, PLC, HMI, Power, Communications
    • Onsite SCADA point to point
    • Onsite Communications programming; Radios, Cell Modems, Switches
    • Onsite Communications troubleshooting; Ethernet and Serial

    Requirements Include:

    • Associate degree in Automation or SCADA program
    • 4 years of field experience
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to write detailed work reports and keep track of hours on task
    • Permian Basin position – 5-6 day work week (50-60 hours)
    • Live or relocate to Midland/Odessa TX or Carlsbad NM area
    • Team oriented with strong commitment to safety and quality.
    • Valid driver’s license

    Preferred Experience:

    · Oil Field Central Tank Battery, Saltwater Disposal, and well head processes

    · LACT systems

    · Flow Meters – Coriolis, Turbine, Magnetic, Differential Pressure

    · Variable Frequency Drives

    · Analog and Digital Input and Output circuits and concepts.

    · Prosoft

    · IDEC

    · SCADAPAC

    · Redlion

    · Familiar with milliamp meter and volt ohm meter use in troubleshooting

    · Familiar with MODBUS protocol and serial RS232 and 485 wiring

    Pay for this position is $42-$62 per hour based on experience. Relocation is negotiable.
