Evaluates existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs. Being an Integration Engineer requires C++ or Java; XML; EDI or OBI; Oracle or Microsoft SQL. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Integration Engineer typically reports to a manager. The Integration Engineer works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. As the Lead IT Integration Operations Analyst, you will be a key enabler of our Digital Transformation and all of Kellogg Company’s “Deploy for Growth” initiatives, you will be a key member of the global integration team and be responsible for providing the key building blocks to expose our core data assets, via our IT middleware platform/technologies, and enable Re-use, Agility, and Decreased Delivery Time through a Globally Connected Integrations Platform.
